הגענו למלון בשעת לילה בחשבינו שיש לנו חדר ללון בו. היתה לנו טעות ברישום יום ההזמנה. רשמנו ליום קודם. צוות הקבלה לא הסכים לקבל שום תיקון להזמנה. חייב אותנו במלא הסכום ודרש סכום כפול עבור הלילה . לא הסכים בשום אופן לאפשר קיזוז הסכום שכבר שילם. לא ללכת לשם בשום פנים ואופן!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at the poolside snack bar were very friendly and always stopped to have a chat. The snack bar food was really nice compared to some hotels I have stayed in and there is a big selection of food on offer. The airconditioning in the bedroom was very quiet and the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Good strong shower too. The shuttle bus service was very good too.

While the hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the town centre and the hotel does provide a good shuttle bus the last shuttle bus leaves the town at about 11pm. A bit early for a young couple on holidays. Taxis cost about €20 one way. For those who like to sleep in on holidays, the chamber maids start cleaning from about 7am and we received a knock on the door very early every morning. I would recommend you put on your "do not disturb" sign until you leave the room for the day.

We liked the grounds of the hotel. We also liked the fact that the hotel offers a free bus to and from downtown Sorrento. The staff was polite and friendly.

The public areas -- hallways -- were a bit messy and the carpets were stained and worn. Also, we were advised not to drink the water. We were told we could get bottled water at the hotel bar for 2,50 euros for a two litre bottle.

The hotel may be a little faded in terms of grandeur, but it is overall a smart and clean hotel with an impressive front and immaculately clean pool and pool bar area. The staff are especially friendly, helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel in the charming town of St Agnello is excellent, apart from the very busy road running between the town and Sorrento, the area is picturesque and charming. The aforementioned road to Sorrento can be walked- though a shuttle bus (free) runs from the hotel to Sorrento throughout the day and evening. People with young families might consider bringing a pushchair even if your toddler has grown out of needing one at home because there is a fair amount of walking- whether one goes to visit Sorrento.

Very little to complain about for the money, the food could have been more adventurous but there are plenty of restaurants around and also plenty of supermarkets allowing you to prepare food for day trips- as Sorrento is rather expensive!

I booked myself & 5 others at Hotel Grand Parco Del Sole and all were happy with our stay. Our air con in one of the rooms wasn't working but staff assisted us in repair when we asked. I would recommend this hotel again.

Bar man at bar pool not very friendly or personaable and rooms old fashioned.

Valentina, from reception, welcomed us the first day and it was very kind, professional and provided us with plenty of information. Fabrizio, the next day, was also really helpful and printed off our return flights. We got a flash deal so it was brilliant value for money, we loved the swimming pool and the landscape.

The pool was amazing and the rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was hearty and the large staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the week we spent here.

A mini fridge would have been nice.

I liked the location of the hotel, and there was a shuttle bus from the hotel into Sorrento center if required. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didnot like the breakfast, the water for the tea was always cold.

Sorrento is beautiful and also is hotel. Location is good, but city center is little far. Room was clean and nice. Hotel staff was friendly and skillful. Breakfast was superb. Although our room was nice, it was a little bit worn-out. Wifi was free but it was available only at lobby.

The location was very good and the shuttle bus service most useful for going into Sorrento even though it was just a 10 min walk. Th pool was also lovely and the amount of natural shade too.

The reception staff were not at all helpful, I had six messages which were never passed onto me. And they never smiled or greeted us, except for the young lady and in the dining room almost all the staff were unhelpful and unhappy looking. The girl who cleaned my room was always smiling and happy and that is how it should be in "bella Italia".

I thought the facilities were very good and the staff were very helpful. They were very good at advising us on transport and helped us to plan our trips by advising us on the weather for the day as it was a little unpredictable when we were there. We liked our big room and the nice bathroom.

I thought the evening meals had a limited choice of food.

No iron in a 4 star hotel, no access to drinking water at night. no transport

It was all very nice and cozy but I think that it is overrated to call this hotel a four starred one. The rooms and breakfast were 2-3 stars at the most!

they present it as a hotel with free parking, which is good, but there is not a proper parking lot. You have to park your car in the garden of the hotel along the aisle that brings to the reception and they will ask you to leave the key at the reception. If you are unlucky, the other cars, that do not find a place at the side of the road, will park in the middle of the aisle and block your car. We had 6 cars blocking our car when we had to leave and it took approximately 40 minutes to identify the cars, get all the keys and move them. I understand one has to be patient, but I really think that they should organize the parking system better.

I was surprised by the induvidual approach of manager and staff to their guests! Also the restaurant and the offered service was outstanding.We felt lucky to be their guests during some day's and whenever possible we will come to stay again.
